Mindful Stress Reducution

Integrating traditional meditation practices with education, discussion, and light stretching exercises, the Mindful Stress Reduction course helps people to actualize mind/body techniques for greater health and well-being. Participants find a more balanced and centered way of encountering the stresses of daily life, leading to reduced frustration and worry, and increased enjoyment. The emphasis is on letting go of worry and concern in a way that enables us to be truly present and helpful to ourselves and others.

 

Duration: 1 hour long sessions weekly for 4 weeks.

Mindful Leadership

We approach mindful leadership training as a way to strengthen and cultivate four hallmarks of leadership excellence-focus, clarity, creativity and compassion. The training, applicable to employees at all levels, is tailored to each organization and is grounded in neuroscience and the experiences of top business leaders. These offerings recognize the need to more fully develop the mind’s capabilities so that every employee can live his or her life with excellence, at work and at home.

 

Duration: 1 hour long sessions weekly for 4 weeks.

Resilience Training

We will be challenging people to see situations from different perspectives through various experiential activities.  Developing resiliency skills in the workplace involves a multidimensional approach to health including: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.  Associates will learn coping mechanisms to deal with stressful situations, practical application of mindfulness, how to identify and prepare for change, and how to be successful in a high intensity situations.   

 

Duration: 3 hours
